1. What can be engraved?

We can work with handwriting, signatures, drawings, symbols, voicewave art, and fingerprints. If it meant something to them, we can likely preserve it.

2. What if I only have an old or faded photo?

That's okay — we work with what you have. The clearer the image the better, but we can enhance most photos. Dark writing on a light background gives you the best result. When in doubt, send it and we'll let you know.

 

3. Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Order exactly what feels right.

4. How long does it take to process and ship my order? 

As each order is very individualized and unique please allow for up to 5 business days before your order is shipped. Once shipped standard shipping will take 3-5 days, or expedited will take 2-3 days.

5. What if their handwriting is hard to read?

Send it anyway. We'll review it carefully and reach out before we engrave anything if we have concerns. Nothing gets made until we're both confident it's right.

6. What does the process actually look like after I order?

Once you place your order and upload your photo, we review it and prepare your engraving. You'll receive a shipping notification within 5 business days. If anything looks unclear or we need a better image, we'll contact you first—we never guess with something this important.

Your piece is built to last. Here's how to keep it that way.

• Use a soft cloth 

  • Gently wipe your keepsake with a clean, dry microfiber or jewelry cloth to remove fingerprints, dust, or smudges.

• Mild soap and water 

  • For deeper cleaning, use warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap. Dip a soft cloth in the solution, wipe the item gently, then rinse with clean water.

• Dry thoroughly 

  • Pat the piece dry with a soft towel immediately after cleaning to avoid water spots.

• Avoid harsh chemicals 

  • Do not use bleach, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the finish.

• Store it safely 

  • When not wearing your keepsake, keep it in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches.
