1. What can be engraved on our items?

We can engrave handwriting, symbols, text, voice waves, even fingerprints.

 

2. Do you accept low quality images for engraving?

Yes! We can take any image and enhance it for a high quality engraving. However the better quality the picture and the better the contrast (White background with black writing) is optimal.

 

3. Is there a minimum order amount required? 

No! Feel free to order as much or little as you like, the more you order, the better the deal.

4. How long does it take to process and ship my order? 

As each order is very individualized and unique please allow for up to 5 business days before your order is shipped. Once shipped standard shipping will take 3-5 days, or expedited will take 2-3 days.

5. How do I clean and care for my keepsake?

• Use a soft cloth 

  • Gently wipe your keepsake with a clean, dry microfiber or jewelry cloth to remove fingerprints, dust, or smudges.

• Mild soap and water 

  • For deeper cleaning, use warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap. Dip a soft cloth in the solution, wipe the item gently, then rinse with clean water.

• Dry thoroughly 

  • Pat the piece dry with a soft towel immediately after cleaning to avoid water spots.

• Avoid harsh chemicals 

  • Do not use bleach, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the finish.

• Store it safely 

  • When not wearing your keepsake, keep it in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches.
